In this video on Jezebel, a news story covered suburb bombing using...dry ice? According to the video, teenage boys put dry ice and liquid into soda bottles creating homemade bombs. According to Brandon Reinhardt, a teenage boy threw a bottle-bomb into his car. He didn't think much at first, but then it blew up in his car.
Before I give my words of wisdom (or lack thereof), let's take a look at what dry ice actually is. Dry ice is, according to wikipedia, the solid form of carbon dioxide. It is mainly used to preserve food. You must be very careful when handling dry ice, as exposure to the skin can cause frostbite.
Now for my words of wisdom. I am almost a teenager, and I am a boy, and I love explosions, but I don't go around making bombs and blowing them up in my neighborhood. I watch Mythbusters, where they blow stuff up regularly, to get my explosions. But if you really want to blow stuff up, go to the store, get some fireworks, go to an empty field, and then set them off. Just don't make your own bombs, it is dangerous!
