Analysts are trying to figure out how much they are risking by what they are shown of Windows 8 by Microsoft. They are currently split on what Microsoft is gambling on this Windows 8 project. The current, newest OS, Windows 7, is fast and altogether great for PC users. "They're betting the farm on this one." Said Wes Miller, an analyst who was one of those shown parts of Windows 8.
What are my views? As long as Windows 8 is faster and altogether better than Windows 7, then they stand a good chance of getting the jackpot. It currently has a new tile-based interface, usable on all types of PCs, with and without keyboard. It shows things like "Store" and "Contacts," Like console systems or even Apple's products themselves! It is looking good for Microsoft, so let's hope it comes out soon!
