Even if Bioshock Infinite won't be ready until 2012, IGN still gave it the "Best Overall Game of E3 2011" Award. IGN then did an interview with Ken Levine, Creative Director at International Games. When the IGN reporter asked when International wanted to do something different with the Little Sister/Big daddy relationship, Ken said he was not completely sure when, and said that Elizabeth is different from little sisters in that she is a woman and is aware of her relationship.
The interview talks about everything from what is shown in the demo from 2 days ago, to Elizabeth's power, to the actual narrative. From what I read, Bioshock Infinite will be the best of the Bioshock series, and even though game mechanics will be kept, new things WILL be added.
