Why is it, that however much we teach kids not to bully, they do it anyway.

I mean, every Friday, our homeroom class does this thing the teachers call "Advisement." For the past few weeks we have been talking about Cyberbullying, and how to prevent it. Yet, and I only hear this from other kids, people still make mean Facebook statuses that hurt other people. I just don't get it, why teach how to prevent something to kids if they are still going to do it anyway?
